Code Complete
The initial code is complete! The first pull request can be found here. This contains all of the code for "libmw", which is a modular library that helps keep the bulk of the MWEB code separate from the existing codebase, which makes it easier for us to continue to take improvements from the bitcoin code.

The code will be reviewed by LTC & BTC developers, mimblewimble experts, and professional security auditors. We will also be testing in parallel and fixing any issues found.

Release
The first LTC release containing MWEB code. This will have the complete MWEB code, ready to be used by miners and node operators everywhere as soon as MWEB activates.

Miner signaling
Once miners take the released code, they may begin signaling for MWEB activation at block height 2217600. As soon as the activation threshold is met, the MWEB activation date will be locked-in.
